In fact, exercise helps release endorphins, which are natural brain chemicals that help improve mood.
What’s more, exercise can help reduce stress levels and improve sleep, which can also help reduce negative thoughts.
If you’re just starting out, start by practicing a few minutes a day. Just 2-3 minutes at first. There are also plenty of apps and YouTube channels to get you started.
