There are too many negative vibes around us: conversations, broadcasts, social networks. So how can we escape the negative? How can we protect ourselves from the negative energy around us? Here are 6 powerful rituals for vibrating with positive vibes.

1 – Visualize a house to escape negativity

There are words we hear or hear ourselves that hurt us. They come without our permission and attack us.

Yet we have the power to run away from the negative, to run away from those words that abuse us.

To do this, I invite you to do this visualization. Isolate yourself in a quiet place and close your eyes. Take 3 deep breaths and imagine all around you the walls of your home or a lovely tree house.

Imagine yourself well sheltered in a calm and zen place.

Finally, think back to the negative words that keep running round and round in your head, hurting your heart. Imagine driving them back to the door of your home.

Because protecting yourself from the negative energy of others, and even of the world in general, means first and foremost understanding that we have the power to say “no thanks”.

“I don’t want it. I don’t want it.”

Indeed, we don’t have to listen to and hold onto negative vibes. We have the right and the ability to reject them, for our own good.

2 – Visualize your transparency to protect yourself from the negative energy of others

But what do we do when negative energy jumps out at us? Example: we’re in the middle of a conversation with someone and there’s nothing but negativity. You feel the negative vibes and don’t know what to do.

In such moments, I invite you to discreetly take 3 deep breaths and imagine becoming transparent.

Imagine that the words and negative energy flow through you without harming you in the slightest.

In fact, we can let negative energies pass right through us.

In fact, the reason negative energy hurts us so much is that we cling to it. We let it settle inside us, when we could very well not do so.

And that’s why visualization is magic.

3 – Be silent to stop vibrating with negative energies

The problem is that we’ve learned to respond to negative energies with negative energies.

All we have to do is become aware of our last conversations with others.

Did we talk about good news or bad news? Did we talk about the things we love, the things that bring us joy? Or, did we talk about things that stress or exhaust us?

That’s why I wholeheartedly invite you to learn, little by little, to keep quiet. I say “little by little”, because it’s going to be a long and complicated apprenticeship.

After all, grumbling in society is accepted; it’s everyone’s comfort zone.

Because if we’re completely honest, talking about what makes us feel happy makes us uncomfortable. We’re afraid of appearing too egocentric or of making others jealous.

So learning to keep quiet is a happy medium between talking about the negative and talking about the positive.

I invite you to try it in your next conversation. Shut up as soon as you feel the ambient negative energy rising. Just listen, nod, but don’t add negative waves to the negative waves already present.

You’ll see, it’ll do you a world of good.

4 – A time to vibrate with positive vibes

Unfortunately, we don’t have the power to remove negative energy from our lives. It’s everywhere: at work, on the street, with family and friends…

That’s why protecting yourself from negative energy means learning how to raise your energy level once you’re home, safe from it all.

But what can we do in practical terms to vibrate with positive vibes?

I invite you to create a good daily habit. Take 10-15 minutes every day to do something that boosts your morale and puts a smile on your face.

It could be doing a bit of sport, going for a walk, dancing… In fact, moving your body is a real plus, as we secrete happiness hormones.

But reading, cooking, painting, drawing and gardening also give us positive vibes when we enjoy doing them.

So, I invite you to take a sheet of paper and list 5 things you might like to do that could help you vibrate positive vibes. Then, commit to doing at least 1 of these 5 things at least 1 time a day for 10 minutes.

Do this for 15 days and see what happens.

5 – Start a book of positive quotes to protect yourself from negative energy

Words have an enormous impact on our morale. That’s why we suffer so much from the negative energies of others.

So, to restore your morale after a particularly negative conversation, I wholeheartedly invite you to start a notebook of positive quotes.

You’ve got it: you need a notebook and you need to copy positive quotes into it. A little bit every day.

To start, I invite you to take a sheet of paper and write down your 5 favorite positive quotes.

Then, every day, I invite you to find a new positive quote and write it down in your notebook. Take the opportunity to reread the ones you’ve written down previously.

6 – Take a personal development course to protect yourself from negative energy

Finally, to escape the negative, taking care of your happiness is essential! It’s even vital.

The problem is, we’ve never been told that we need to take care of our happiness. And above all, we’ve never been told how.

That’s why training in happiness and personal development feels so good. In fact,

Because, to protect ourselves from negative energy, we need to stop dwelling on the negativity of others and cultivate the positive within ourselves.

In fact, don’t wait for people to change, to become more positive, before you feel better. In fact, learning to be happy is the only way, because others won’t change for you. But you can change for yourself. You can become a happy, positive person. What do you think?
