Prepare for it with care, confidence and hope. But stop imagining it. Return to the sweetness and hope of the present moment.
4 – Choose to expect the best rather than the worst
Positive people know that they are not prisoners of their thoughts. In fact, at any given moment, they know they have the choice to listen to them or not.
What’s more, they know the secret: we can choose to expect the best rather than the worst.
Yes, it’s our choice.
The problem is, we tend to listen too much to our mind, whose job it is to protect us from danger. Dangers it often imagines for itself.
