My 200 Tips For Happiness

Tips for happiness? Our daily lives are tinged with stress. As we chase after the things we have to do and the things that remain to be done, we have little room for happiness. And yet, happiness needs us to take small steps to invite itself into our lives. That’s why I’d like to share with you my little tips for happiness.
Why little things to make you happy?
Because happiness doesn’t require us to change everything in our lives, to move to the other side of the world, to change jobs or personalities. No, happiness simply requires us to take small actions, day after day.
These small actions nourish our joie de vivre and help us to keep stress and frustration out of our daily lives.
These small actions are almost magical. In fact, some of them are for me. Yes, they brighten up my daily life. I hope they do the same for you.
I invite you to pick out the little things that please you, and to make the most of them!
You have 24 hours every day. It’s a gift that life gives you. Remember, the only purpose of your time here is to be happy.
Be happy, be happy!
