How Can You Achieve Serenity Even In Times Of Crisis? 4 Tips

What to do in times of crisis, when nothing seems to be going right? What can you do when nothing seems to be going right in the world, and hope seems to have deserted you? Is it possible to achieve serenity in spite of everything? Here are 4 tips you can adopt.
1 – What is a crisis period?
All hell broke loose, because that’s what the media tells us. Nothing’s going right, because that’s all we choose to think and talk about.
The world is going to hell! It’s getting worse and worse. We’re heading for disaster. Nothing will ever be the same again. People are selfish.
That’s what we’re told all the time. That’s the kind of thinking that contaminates our minds, repeating itself over and over again.
In other words, a time of crisis is when people end up making us believe that the world is going badly and that there’s no hope left.
2 – Choosing for serenity
And yet, in the meantime, there are also beautiful things happening at the same time as these dramas that are played over and over again in the media: births, lives saved, everyday joys, acts of kindness and benevolence.
But it’s as if none of this matters, and worse still, it’s as if it’s become taboo. Indeed, how can we dare to seek serenity, how can we dare to be happy, when we are repeatedly told that the world is going badly?
Yet it’s your choice. The thing is, nobody’s going to tell you that you have a choice – quite the contrary.
They’ll tell you that, since not everyone in the world is happy, you can’t be, and you especially mustn’t be. Otherwise, you’d be a selfish person.
All this is not said clearly, but it’s implied. But, I’m telling you today, you have a choice, always.
The choice to let yourself be consumed by things you can’t control, or to keep focusing on your present and its little joys.
In fact, you have the choice of becoming an unhappy person, revolted by everything that’s going on in the world, and ruining your life by brooding over negative energies.
Or, you can choose to take care of your happiness, joy and serenity by deciding to cultivate gentle energies in your daily life.
Achieving serenity means making a choice.
Let other people’s behavior influence what you think and feel, or decide to focus on what’s most beautiful in and around you, in spite of everything. What do you think?
3 – Stop waiting for the world to change or for others to change in order to be happy
For a very long time, I rebelled, rebelled and fed such negative energies that I ruined my life.
Even today, when I hear some of the world’s bad news, I get angry or very sad.
But I’m now aware that I always have a choice: to let my anger or sadness consume me, or to take care of myself and the people around me.
In fact, I’ve come to understand over time that I don’t have to wait for the world to change or for others to change in order to be happy. And neither do you.
In fact, don’t wait for the world to change to be happy.
So, you can be angry or sad about the state of the world today, that’s normal. But don’t let it consume you.
Because you have the right to be happy.
So, go for a walk in nature, contemplate the sky. Go to your family, your friends. Hold them close to your heart. Read beautiful things. Write beautiful things. Paint, sing, dance.
In fact, connect to your most beautiful energies, your most beautiful thoughts. Be happy! What do you think?
4 – Remember that the world needs happy people
To achieve serenity, we can go even further: You have the right to be happy, and maybe even the duty, in a way.
Indeed, over time, I’ve come to understand that we don’t make the world a more beautiful place by dwelling on anger or sadness, but by focusing on our joys and happiness.
In fact, I wholeheartedly believe that the world needs happy people.
That’s why, to achieve serenity, don’t fall into the trap of anger or sadness. Instead, use times of crisis to become even more aware of the simple joys and happinesses of everyday life.
Seize them and vibrate with joy and happiness. In this way, offer the world gentle, positive energies.
In other words, nourish the world with the most beautiful things on Earth: love, joy, happiness, serenity, benevolence, gentleness, compassion, empathy.
Don’t add anger to anger, sadness to sadness and hatred to hatred.
Instead, choose to respond to anger with gentleness, to sadness with joy, and to hatred with love, kindness and compassion.
Because it’s love that will change the world.
So make the choice to vibrate with love to change the world, that’s what serenity is all about.
To do this, every morning when you wake up and every night before you go to bed, list at least 3 things for which you feel grateful. What do you think? Will you do it?
