Unfortunately, these tasks are often at the root of your lack of motivation. It’s often when you’re carrying out such tasks that you lose motivation and the desire to do something or keep working.
We also see a loss of motivation as a result of the difficulties associated with our job: insane working hours; colleagues who are impossible to get along with; bosses or hierarchies who are too demanding; and so on.
Finally, our family life has an impact on our work, and vice versa. Sometimes workers notice a loss of motivation because they’re going through a family drama: a sick child; separation; divorce; repeated conflicts or even seeing your hard-earned money being squandered by your spouse. At such times, it can be very difficult to muster the will to work.
So how can you keep your willpower despite these difficulties?
At this point, it’s important to remember why you decided to embark on this project in the first place. The answer to this question can help you overcome your lack of willpower.

This passion or strong will will then act as an engine to give you more motivation.
A real antidote to the loss of motivation and lack of willpower.

4) WORK ON YOUR FEARS AND HANG-UPS
A project is always fraught with pitfalls.
