WORKPLACE
The further your workplace is from your home, the less interesting the job. Indeed, you’ll often have to deal with monstrous traffic jams, or race to be on time. The added stress often makes the job less and less interesting. On the other hand, those who work from home or not far from their place of residence enjoy their jobs more.

GOOD COLLEAGUES
A dream job is one you do with dream colleagues. If they’re pleasant, friendly, supportive and just as hard-working as you, the atmosphere in the office, store or workshop will be very pleasant. You wouldn’t change your colleagues for the world, and the natural competition between you won’t frighten you. If you can surround yourself with good colleagues when it comes to finding a job, it’s always a good way to find your career path.

AN INTERESTING JOB
Your job should never be boring or routine. If all you have to do is stuff envelopes all day long, you’ll find the work boring. Your dream job is one that lets you discover new things. It also pushes you to excel and become better. When you’re looking for a job, focus on one that constantly challenges you.

A JOB THAT DOESN’T KEEP YOU TOO BUSY
The problem with our current jobs is that they take up all our time. But to be truly fulfilled, we need to devote time to other things: family, hobbies, even voluntary and charitable activities.
