Here’s a subject I’ve always been passionate about, and which I’m delighted to share in this article: self-love through the channel of image and the beauty of being yourself.
In this article, I’d like to give you the keys you need to feel better about yourself, and to feel as attractive as a femme fatale. If you’re wondering how to find yourself beautiful, here’s the 4-step answer!
WHAT’S THE POINT OF LOOKING BEAUTIFUL?
HOW CAN I FEEL BEAUTIFUL?
It’s easy to love yourself when you’re beautiful, rich and powerful. Even if some sublime women confess that they don’t have self-confidence, that they don’t love themselves. In reality, few people have all the qualities required. Perfection doesn’t exist in this world, and to find happiness, you have to go through the “I love myself” phase. With your strengths and weaknesses. But you don’t have to be beautiful to feel beautiful.
Whether it’s for a celebration, a date or every day, whether it’s the formal version, the sexy version or the natural version, in this quest for a transcendent self, there are more or less avowed and more or less conscious desires. One thing is certain, and all the surveys and experts are unanimous: we oscillate between self-acceptance and rejection.
Sometimes accepted, even appreciated, sometimes rejected, hurt. “Paradoxical” is probably the adjective that best describes women’s relationship with their own beauty and self-image. Secondly, because women, more than men, are caught up in the incessant back-and-forth between the desire to be oneself and the desire to be desired by others. As we can see, beauty and desire are inextricably linked, for it is in the gaze of others, which is cast on us from the earliest age, that our relationship with our image is woven throughout our lives.

I also wanted to go a step further and point you in the direction of the psychological side of things, because everything starts with the conviction that you’re beautiful.
THE 6 KEYS TO FEELING BEAUTIFUL AND COMFORTABLE IN YOUR OWN SKIN
1) First and foremost, it’s essential to accept imperfection, because you need to be your own best ally, your own best friend, if you want to realize your full potential, learn to love yourself and live in compassion.
2) Then I invite you to develop a vision of your ideal image – and I do mean yours… based on your tastes, on what makes you happy, gives you pleasure and makes you vibrate, everything that lights up thousands of stars in your eyes.
3) To avoid getting lost in envy, comparison or anything else, I invite you to refocus on yourself, your being, your essence. How can I do this? Yoga, tai chi, meditation and breathing will help.
4) Then, rather than getting lost everywhere, without knowing your desires and needs, learn to make conscious, coherent choices in the direction of your life’s ideal. If you get to know me, you’ll discover that this is an essential goal of my image consultancy approach: less is more.
5) Remember also to free and lighten your mind of all those negative beliefs, to make room for creativity, lightness and confidence.
6) Take action: sort through your wardrobe, consult an image professional, have someone accompany you on your shopping trip. This will enable you to be sure of your choices if you’re still in doubt. It will help you structure your tastes and better understand and conscientize your choices.
SMILE… LAUGHTER IS ESSENTIAL TO FEELING BEAUTIFUL!
Observe these women who radiate, who live in deep joy, and even in the difficulties they encounter display the smile of their soul. It’s not a question of forcing yourself to “laugh” or smile when your heart really isn’t in it – although it is! -It’s about getting back into the habit of being open to others. To smile is to convey two fundamental messages to the other person: on the one hand, I recognize you as a human being; on the other, I feel a deep joy in interacting with you.
It’s not easy to smile at someone who has wronged you, or at someone who deliberately creates conflict with you. And smile first at others, at those who will respond to your smile because they share with you the same ideal of brotherhood. Try smiling at the grumpy person who has just pushed you aside to take your place in the supermarket, and cultivate a sense of humor. This ability to laugh benevolently at a situation or behavior. It provides a healthy distance. Even if you’re not very good at it to begin with, you can make rapid progress.
CULTIVATE JOIE DE VIVRE TO FIND YOURSELF BEAUTIFUL

Your complexes are very often linked to beliefs such as: “With my receding chin, no one will like me”, “My awkwardness puts everyone off”, “I’m ugly, no one will ever look at me”.
You need to reframe these beliefs: “I have a distinctive chin, but I also know that there is someone on earth who can really love me, and appreciate other qualities of mine”, “I’m brilliant, and I’m going to go out of my way to show it”, “I sometimes make clumsy gestures, and I know that there are people on earth who will be touched by them”.
Face reality too: find people who “made it” according to your criteria, found their soulmate who were wonderful people, loved with: a receding chin, a low IQ, just because they had that something else: faith in themselves, in their dreams, determined to stand up for their convictions and live their lives that’s what made them beautiful.
Beware also of envy, of idolatry that destroys you! Don’t forget that all these “exceptional” people you only see on the glossy pages of newspapers or on the screen of your cell phone have the financial means to carve out a dream figure and face with the help of scalpels, collagen, fat, injections, prostheses and silicone. Often, their profession demands this perfection, with sports, personal training and massage, while you type your report. So leave the idols on their pedestals, and get on with life! Do you really need to follow all that? Sure, they make you dream, they take you out of your everyday life, but they make your life, your person, appear miserable if you lack confidence – run away from any comparison – even with your office colleague.
