Clarifying your style and image also means putting an end to your fears, both your own and those of those around you.
Consequently, it seems to me incoherent to want to “change your look” from one day to the next and for no apparent reason – except to please yourself by playing Pretty Woman for a day or for the needs of a good “makeover”, on TV or in the newspapers. It would be like getting rid of your entire library and filling it with new books.
My aim is to shed some light on the inexhaustible and magical potential of your image. Today, with all the means at our disposal, being seductive and beautiful is easy and accessible to everyone: all it takes is a minimum of tricks, good taste, intelligence and, of course, a genuine desire to improve your appearance and learn the secrets of women who create a unparalleled effect. So here’s how it’s done…
THE 1ST STEP IS TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR IMAGE!
Difficulties in evolving or changing are usually linked to the fact that we think we can’t do things differently, or that it’s other people, or external circumstances, that are standing in the way of our chances of success: it’s too expensive, I don’t have the time, I’m too fat, I can’t afford it, it’s not that important, and so on.
From experience, I’m firmly convinced that every human being has all the resources within themselves to make the changes they need to blossom and develop their potential. The idea is to make you simply responsible for the way you look. To do this, I invite you to focus on learning and developing your potential. Like a sportsman on his starting blocks, you will become or remain an attractive woman:
- You have unique talents and physical assets
- You are responsible for your image and its success
- You have “dormant” skills and assets just waiting to be awakened, developed and realized.
- As I showed you in a video, you have all the resources you need to succeed in your quest for self-fulfilment – be it personal or professional.

SECOND SECRET: YOUR VALUES
If you’re driven, as I strongly suspect you are, by the composition of an image that gives rise to a harmony between the inside and the outside, in order to echo your persona, you can further support your task by clarifying your values. And this will also come in very handy when you’re looking for a partner! This exercise has the advantage of focusing you on defining and achieving your goals, giving you direction, clarifying your priorities and removing any blockages. Your values are not your needs, but they are fundamental to your existence. They are what get you out of bed in the morning and into action…
Doing this exercise at the beginning of your journey will also make it easier to define your clothing style later on. Let’s not forget that we want our image to be a visual promise of your inner self… By values, I mean your deepest convictions, your motivational levers, your unique raison d’eฬtre and essence that truly represent who you are – and not just the moral values in line with our society, although they may overlap… Identifying and recognizing your values helps to align and center you – on every level of your existence.
Living your values gives you a sense of purpose and meaning to your existence.
It’s at this point that the image becomes part of the coherence of a more global life project.. To do this exercise, choose a moment when you feel relaxed and at peace.
Make yourself comfortable and relax. Focus on yourself and ask yourself: “What’s most important to me in life? Start writing down everything that comes to mind. Avoid constructing sentences, and instead condense your ideas into key words. Make your list, then when the ideas dry up, ask yourself again: “What’s important now?” and so on, until you feel you really have nothing more to add. Then go back to your list, refine it, purge it if necessary, and reclassify your value ideas in order of importance.
The list is by no means exhaustive, but you’re likely to find words like vitality, authenticity, humility, freedom, mastery, enthusiasm, creativity, beauty, adventure, trust, discipline, commitment, environment, tenderness, pleasure, power, quality of life, spontaneity, sensuality, security, romanticism, family, openness, a taste for challenge, humor, integrity, leadership, nature, and so on. Later, as you work on your image, you’ll see that, logically, your style of dress expresses your temperament, which can’t really deviate from these driving forces…
Last but not least, respect for your values plays an important role in defining your objectives and making it easier to put them into action. More likely than not, it will lead to a successful outcome.
STEP THREE: GET TO KNOW YOURSELF
If you’ve chosen your clothes, you should have made some progress in getting to know yourself: what you like and appreciate about yourself, and what you aspire to develop. This is your starting point. You can, of course, keep your list and return to it at a later date to modify it or assess your progress.
If you have a video where you can see yourself in action, whether in your private sphere, your professional sphere, or better still, both, project it, but without the sound. Just observe yourself attentively. Now you can take stock: a reflection of your good or bad behavior, your image is your advertisement. What are its components? The way you dress, the way you talk, the way you move in space and the way you behave are all external indicators of who you are. These parameters are distinct from one another, but are all linked together to form your personal image.
LAST STEP AND FINAL SECRET
Setting goals enables you to make progress towards achieving what’s important to you in your life, in the short, medium or longer term. Your goals become points of reference on which you can focus your energy: the more you focus on your challenge, the more likely you are to meet it. Conversely, it’s a well-known fact that the less you know where you’re going, the more likely you are to end up somewhere else! Defining a goal is almost like finding the solution to it.
So what criteria should you take into consideration when setting your goals? Your objectives must be :
- clear, simple and specific; otherwise, they’ll be hard to achieve
- attractive, inspiring, to spur you into action
- achievable – even if they challenge you
- time-bound: no deadline, no goal
- based solely on your will
- in line with your values
Here are some questions to ask yourself to help you in your analysis:
- What do I want to achieve?
- What do I want to change/improve?
- What do I want to develop?
- If I achieve my goals, what’s in it for me?
- What will it cost me? not just in monetary terms
- What are the possible solutions?
- What are my main obstacles?
- What are the possible means and avenues that can help me get what I want / move towards these solutions?
- How can I make my approach easier?
- What specific action will I take to achieve this?
- When do I undertake it?
- How will I know when I’m on the right track?
- How will I know when I’ve reached my goal?
If, at the end of this exercise, you realize that your goals are ambitious, you’ll find it easier to manage them by breaking them down into stages. Make a list of all the components contributing to your target. Prioritize them by numbering them from 1 to 10, for example. If your objective is imposed by a specific date or event, draw up a timetable for your action plan, working backwards.
In the event of confusion, resistance (those pernicious little phrases “I’ll never get there”, “I don’t dare”, “yes, but…”, “who do you think you are?”, “what’s the point?”, “it’ll never be good”, “bof!”, etc.) or a drop in morale, practice visualizing your image as you’d like it to be, think of your female role model… This will help arouse a state of resourcefulness in you. If you feel you’re in the grip of paradoxes, like “I want to look super glamorous but I need to feel good in my clothes”: so what? Balance isn’t a static state, it’s a process in motion.
And remember, nothing is impossible in terms of personal image!
Think of your “failures” as learning experiences that open you up to new learning and new possibilities. Failure is always the first step towards success! Be flexible and adaptable. Without changing your objective, give yourself permission to change your itinerary according to circumstances. Don’t forget to ask yourself about your well-being and mental state throughout the process. Fluctuations will tell you whether you’re on the right track, or whether you need to make adjustments.
