It probably means making sure they get credit for the work they do and not being afraid to ask for what they believe they’re entitled to, whether it’s discussing an unpaid invoice with a customer or arranging a meeting with their boss to talk about a raise or promotion.

It’s time to start challenging those ideas. One way to start is to ask yourself how you’d feel if a friend told you the negative things they think about themselves.
You’d probably tell him he’s wrong, point out all his best qualities, convince him he’s beautiful inside and out.
Why not try doing the same with yourself?
Because it’s true.
Everyone has something to offer. We all have our faults, but we also have so many good things going for us. When you recognize that, you’ll start to feel more confident.
